The shared lounge provided a cozy setting for socializing and unwinding after a long day exploring the city. It felt like a hidden oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the streets, allowing for memorable conversations under the starlit sky. Cons: Balcony overlooking street was noisy.

This hotel was great value in comparison to other hotels. Loved Malacca, the property was nice to the pedestrianised Jonker Street area. The atmosphere created was quiet. The food was good, drinks were cold. The location was central, so close to shops and restaurants and the old town and a big Chinese temple.

Stayed at a garbage dump view, had a blast! Convenient location, a knowledgeable Willy, and a kettle for all my hydration needs. Roomy with a hot shower, just missing a top sheet to complete my luxury experience. Good A/C, thank heavens!
Oh, what a bummer, had to walk a whole 30 minutes to the city center. So exhausting!

The rooms at Heng Ann Guest House were really cozy and had air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot weather. We loved the free WiFi and the fact that we could stay connected with our family back home. The city view from our room was a nice bonus too!
Personally, I found the wardrobe in the room a bit small for our family's needs. But that's just my opinion, and others may not mind it at all.
